Revealing some information about the Galaxy Watch7 Series

Recently, a report from SamMobile shows that Samsung seems to be making significant changes to its upcoming Galaxy Watch line.

Instead of launching two versions for the Galaxy Watch line as before, the report indicates that the Galaxy Watch7 product line may include 3 different variants: Classic, Pro and another variant. The new variant may have a more square screen design. This can create a difference in the company's strategy.

The source also pointed out that Samsung is adjusting the model number scheme for the Galaxy Watch7. The three variants will carry model numbers SM-L300 and SM- L305 respectively for the first variant; SM- L310 and SM -L315 for mid-range variant; Finally, there is the SM-700 and SM- L705 for the highest-end variant.

Rumors suggest that variants with model numbers ending in 5 will have cellular and eSIM connectivity.

Sources said that Samsung is doubling the internal memory of the new product line from 16GB to 32G. Additionally, these smartwatches are expected to come with Wear OS 5 based on Android 14.

According to financial expert @TheGalox, the Galaxy Watch7 series will use the Exynos W940 chip (50% more power efficient than the Exynos W930 on the Galaxy Watch6). Additionally, the upcoming Exynos chip for wearables will be 30% faster than the previous version. This will be a competitive strength with products using Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon Wear chip.

Users still have to wait for more information and confirmation from Samsung about this new product line.
